How To Assemble Your Hidden Litter Box Planter: Put bottom base piece on the floor, and fill 2-3 inches of the bottom base with your favorite litter (if using removable tray/liner - insert removable tray/liner into base piece, then fill 2-3 inches of the tray/liner with your favorite litter). Place the top section on the lower section by lining up the groves in the top with the tongue section of the bottom section. Place the filter into place on the outside vented part of the top section. Push the stem of the artificial plant into the ½” hole on the top of the top section where the carbon filter is located. On top of the carbon filter arrange the decorative moss around the artificial plant to cover the filter.

Litter Clean-Up:

Remove Top Section of the Hidden Litter Box Planter and set it aside. Clean the litter with a litter scooper or replace litter if necessary. Re-insert the top section of the Hidden Litter Box Planter when finished by lining up the entrance hole.

Product Care:

Remove and set aside florist moss, faux plant, and carbon filter. Remove the top part of the Hidden Litter Box Planter and use a moist cloth, water and soap to gently wipe away any dirt residue. Air dry and re-assemble product when it is fully dry.

Plant Care:

Gently rearrange your faux plants utilizing your hands. Any unwanted creases on plants can be removed using a fabric steamer or using your thumbs to flick across the crease with your nails. Either of these methods will help straighten out any bent branches that occurred during packaging & shipping.

Pet Warnings:

Please ensure that your pets are not eating the florist moss, carbon filter, or any part of faux plants. These pieces are not edible and can be harmful to your pet.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
